Installing windows 7 using USB flash drive/thumb drive is easy.You don’t have to carry around a Windows 7 Installer DVD/CD to run it from one computer to another.This is so troublesome, not to mention your DVD/CD had tendency of having a scratches and DVD drive cannot read it properly.When you installed it, the data had corrupted.So, the best choices is installing windows using USB flash drive.It is easy and convinience to bring along in our pocket.But hey,installing windows 7 using USB flash drive is damn slow! I bet people who try this know how slow i’m talking about.

Luckyly i found one solutions how download it fast.You can learn step by step in here.It’s working just fine and i admit this guy is totally genius.However, some also said there is another round of doing it right.But I did not try it out.So i just share it here in case you would like to make a testing.
One of another to solve this is using Ultra ISO Premium which is more ‘automatic’ .Thanks Amirul Ashraff for this info.
The Steps are:
1) Download the free UltraISO trial-http://www.ezbsystems.com/ultraiso/download.htm
2) Start UltraISO as administrator (if Vista)
3) “Burn” the iso image to the USB stick by following these steps
With UltraISO:
- Open the image of Vista/Win7 with UltraISO
- Under BOOTABLE tab choose WRITE DISK IMAGE
- Choose your USB stick under “Disk Drive”
- Choose a method (It’s recommended to use USB-HDD+)
- Press Write
- Make sure to change your BOOT order in BIOS to boot from your USB drive first
