I assume that this is the turning point for me as a newbie blogger, who have been blogging for almost 3 years now using blogger.com service, the free blogspot domain. It turns out that using wordpress as a blogging platform would give a lot more benefits on traffic, SEO and also the most important thing, was the plugin (as what most blog Guru’s claim). However, I’m still new on these wordpress environment, and need some time to familiarize the admin control panel/ dashboard.
Before starting out building a wordpress blog, i was so afraid that i would waste my money spending for the Hostgator webhosting which cost me $7.95 per month and also another $9.99 for the domain name, digitalmalay.com. However, by using free streaming videos step by step installing wordpress, I was confident with it. I was thinking, if not now then when is it? Now it’s already 5.25 AM and I’m still typing this blog post. Tomorrow as usual i had to go for work. But who cares?I learn something valuable here now. Thanks to becomeablogger team for their very useful videos!
Being a blogspot users always make me want to shift and moving into wordpress.Of course, it’s more professional and wordpress have a lot of good layout template out there. Millions of them!But as for now, let me tweaks here and there until i figure out which templates works best for me.
Even though i hate to see how bad my blogspot blog looks like, but frankly speaking they help me a lot on paying my bills.Who knows, i would be earning double or tripple by shifting to wordpress! Well, that was my intentions. Hrm…let me see where it goes from here. I think i will be posting more post in this blog after this compare to my blogspot blog. How about you, already switching from blogspot to wordpress already?
